A. The applicant for a license required by this chapter shall pay the village treasurer, prior to filing an application, a nonrefundable license fee. The fee for secondhand dealers established after the effective date hereof shall be five hundred dollars ($500.00).
B. All secondhand dealer businesses established prior to the effective date hereof shall be exempt from any and all fees but shall still be required to register and obtain a license from the village.
C. All fees are per calendar year or part thereof, and license fees shall not be prorated. (Ord. 2014-1418, 11-4-2014)
