Sec. 4. Terms of mayor.
A.   The mayor shall be elected for a term of four (4) years and serve until his successor is elected and qualified. No person shall be eligible to succeed themself in the office of mayor for more than two (2) consecutive terms, but there shall be no limit on the number of nonconsecutive terms.
B.   In the event a person is selected to fill a vacant term by appointment or by election pursuant to this Charter, such partial term shall not be included as a term.
