§ 404. FUNDS RECEIVED RECORDS.
The Penn Township Tax Collector shall keep an accurate written record of all funds received pursuant to this Part and shall provide a written accounting thereof to the Penn Township Supervisors on an annual basis, no later than January 31 of each year for the prior calendar year.
