509.08 CURFEW.
   (a)   No child under the age of eighteen years shall be on the streets or sidewalks of the Village between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. unless accompanied by his parent or guardian or other adult person having the legal care, custody or control of such minor, or in the company of any adult person having the permission from the parent or guardian to have such child out between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
   (b)   It shall be the duty of all parents, guardians or other persons having the care, control or custody of a minor child under the age of eighteen years to keep such child off the streets or sidewalks of the Village between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. unless such child is accompanied by such parent or guardian or other adult person having permission from such parent or guardian to accompany such child.
   (c)   It shall be unlawful for any adult person to be in the company of any child under the age of eighteen years on the streets or sidewalks of the Village between the hours of 10:00 p.m and 5:00 a.m. unless such adult person shall have the permission from the parent or guardian to be in the company of such child during such hours.

   (d)   Any parent, guardian or other adult person having the care, custody or control of any child under the age of eighteen years or in the company of such child, and who shall fail to comply with the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
