(a) No person shall conduct or participate in any parade, procession, race, run or assemblage upon any street or highway, or block off any street or highway area, without first obtaining a permit therefore.
(b) Applications for such a permit shall be obtained at the office of the Fiscal Officer and shall be filed with the Fiscal Officer not less than sixty days prior to the commencement of the parade or public assemblage. Upon receipt of a timely permit and fee the Fiscal Officer shall notify Boston Township and Emergency Medical Services by forwarding a copy of the permit and map if applicable to the aforementioned entities.
