Any owner and/or occupant who is served a notice of violation of any of the provisions of Sections 1351.07 through 1351.24, may, within ten days of receipt of such notice, appeal the findings of the Zoning Officer. Such appeal shall be made by filing with the Zoning Officer a notice of appeal on forms provided for such purpose. Such appeal shall be scheduled for a hearing before the Board of Zoning Appeals. Fees, notice requirements, procedures for such appeals, and
hearings shall be as set forth in the Zoning Code.
