1351.30 FAILURE TO COMPLY.

Whenever the owner and/or tenant of a structure or premises fails, neglects, or refuses to comply with any notice of the Zoning Officer within the time period specified in such notice, the

Zoning Officer shall proceed as provided in Section 1351.31, as applicable.
