The provisions of this Ordinance shall be considered as the minimum requirements necessary for the public health, safety, convenience, comfort, prosperity, and general welfare.
Whenever the requirements of this Ordinance are at variance with a statute or lawfully adopted rules, regulations, ordinances, deed restrictions or covenants, the more restrictive requirement shall govern. (Ord. 21-2020. Passed 12-14-20.)
