741.07 SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX.
   (a)    The Short-Term Rental Tax shall be 3% of the listing price, including any fees, for reservations twenty-nine (29) nights and shorter.
   (b)    The tax shall be collected and administered in conformance with Chapter 185 of the Village of Peninsula Codified Ordinances.
