Sewer charges levied pursuant to this chapter are hereby made a lien upon the premises charged therewith. Sewer fee accounts with delinquencies that are more two or more quarters overdue may be certified to the County Fiscal Officer for placement on the next tax duplicate for collection. A charge of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) shall be assessed on all delinquent sewer fee accounts that are certified to the County Fiscal Officer for placement on the next tax duplicate for collection.
