171.05 COURT DATES.

Council further authorizes court dates to be scheduled a minimum of one day per month on the third Thursday of each month beginning at 7:00 p.m. The Mayor may, depending on volume, add an additional night per month if necessary and the Mayor shall have the right to select that date and time.
