Council hereby authorizes and creates the position of Clerk of Mayor’s Court whose duties and responsibilities shall be as follows:
(a) All duties and responsibilities as set forth and required by Ohio law.
(b) Said Clerk shall be responsible for opening and closing Court.
(c) Said Clerk shall be bonded and responsible for the collection of all court costs and fines and maintenance of all necessary records relative to said Court proceedings.
(d) The Mayor shall appoint a Deputy Clerk of Mayor’s Court to assume these duties when the Clerk of Mayor’s Court is not available for duty.
