171.01 ESTABLISHED.
   (a)   Council hereby authorizes the establishment of a Mayor’s Court for the Village pursuant to the provisions of Ohio law.
   (b)   Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and Solicitor to secure all appropriate and necessary forms for the operation of Mayor’s Court pursuant to law.
