(a) The Chief of Police, Road Supervisor, or Mayor shall have the prerogative to require a physical and/or psychological examination of any Village employee at any time upon having reasonable suspicion for doing so. The Chief of Police, Road Supervisor with concurrence of the Mayor, or Mayor shall have the prerogative to require a drug test of any member of their respective department or employee within their supervision at any time.
(b) The medical professional or entity conducting the examination shall be designated by the Department Heads and the Mayor.
