(a) The Planning Commission shall have all the powers conferred by the laws of the State of Ohio, and which may be later conferred on it by ordinance or resolution of the Village.
(b) The Planning Commission shall also be the Platting Commission, and have all the powers and duties provided by law for Platting Commissioner, or Commissioners of municipalities.
(c) The Planning Commission shall be authorize to control the height, design and location of buildings.
