Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. An Appearance Bond for anyone violating this section shall be the sum of fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500) unless at a hearing the Court determines a different sum would be appropriate in the instant case.
