711.03 ALARM USERS PERMIT.
   Every alarm user in the Village shall apply to the Village for an alarm user permit for each system in use. Applicants already employing an alarm system on the effective date of this chapter shall submit an application for a permit no later than September 1, 1985. Otherwise the use of an alarm system is prohibited until a permit is secured. Application for an alarm user’s permit shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee of five dollars ($5.00) for each said application. The alarm user’s permit application shall include the following information, to-wit:
   (a)   The name, address and telephone number of the protected business, home, etc.
   (b)   The name, address and telephone number of the alarm company which installed or maintains applicant’s alarm system.
   (c)   In the case of a business entity, the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of three responsible employees of the business who can be contacted by the Peninsula Police Department if needed.
   Application for the renewal of alarm user’s permit shall be made every year within thirty days immediately preceding the first day of September of every year and shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee of one dollar ($1.00).
