711.01 PURPOSE AND SCOPE.
   (a)   Purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to protect the police emergency services of this Village from misuse.
   (b)   Scope. This chapter governs and regulates alarm systems, alarm users, and establishes fees, provides for revocation of permits, and provides for the punishment of violations.
