§ 36.07 PUBLIC SAFETY FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby established a Public Safety Fund for the deposit of COIT distribution for public safety.
   (B)   The Public Safety Fund may only be expended as determined by the Town Council for the following purpose: public safety.
   (C)   Any money remaining in the Public Safety Fund at the end of the calendar year shall not revert to any other fund but continue in the Public Safety Fund.
   (D)   All expenditures from the Public Safety Fund shall be processed, appropriated, claimed, and allowed in the same manner as other claims of the town.
