(A) Pursuant to IC 8-1-5-3-11(b), Fund #6310, the “Cash Reserve Fund,” is hereby established for the transfer of surplus earnings of the utility funds.
(B) The Clerk-Treasurer of the town is hereby directed to provide an annual report to the Town Council which shall include the amount of money in accounts established for the transfer of surplus utility funds as well as the total receipts and disbursements of the account established for this purpose.
