(A) The Access Management and Control Ordinance, adopted by Ordinance 21-03, and amended Ordinance 21-16 is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated into this code of ordinances as if fully set forth herein.
(B) Copies of the Access Management and Control Ordinance are on file with the Clerk-Treasurer and are available for public inspection during normal business hours.
