(A) The Town Council hereby deems the intersection of Madison Avenue and Railroad Crossing, just east of State Road 9 in the Town of Pendleton, to be available only for emergency motorized travel.
(B) All non-emergency pedestrian, non-motorized, and motorized traffic are hereby prohibited from utilizing Madison Avenue to cross the railroad tracks located directly east of State Road 9 within the municipal limits of Pendleton.
(C) Any violations of this schedule may be penalized by the issuance of a fine not in excess of $100 per occurrence.
