§ 98.05 AMENDMENT OF FEES.
The fees and charges set forth in this chapter may be amended from time to time by a majority vote of the Town Council. Such fees and charges shall be effective upon such vote by the Town Council. A current list of fees and charges shall be available for review by the public at the Pendleton Town Hall.
