§ 96.04 TREE TOPPING BANNED.
It shall be unlawful for any person to top any tree subject to these provisions. TOPPING is defined in § 96.01. Trees severely damaged by storms or other causes, or certain trees under utility wires or other obstructions where other pruning methods are impractical, may be exempted from this practice by a written determination by the Town Manager.
