(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined not more than $500.

(B) Any person who violates any provision of § 94.21 shall be subject to a fine or penalty of not less than $25 nor more than $500. Each occurrence constitutes a separate offense.
