(A) Vehicles shall not be operated on State Street, except when necessary to cross State Street at an intersection of a town street and State Street, or when the point of origin or destination requires traveling on State Street to the nearest town alley or town street intersection. This pertains to the segment of State street from the railroad overpass on the East and Fall Creek on the West.
(B) In addition to the above prohibition, the Town Council may prohibit the use of vehicles on other roads, street, highways that are under the jurisdiction of the town if the operation of vehicles poses a danger. This subchapter shall be amended from time to time to include those roads deemed unsuitable for their use.
