§ 70.35 AUTHORITY.
The State Agreement and the County Agreement are hereby approved. The Town Council President and the Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to execute the State Agreement and the County Agreement in substantially the form attached to Ordinance 2004-14 on behalf of the town.
