§ 53.132 PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION.

(A) A violation of any provision of this subchapter is hereby declared to be a nuisance. A violation of any provision of this subchapter for which no other penalty is set forth shall be subject to penalty as stated in § 10.99.

(B) Any person who aids or abets a person in a violation of this subchapter shall be subject to the penalties provided in this section.
