The project site owner and the town will execute a stormwater management/BMP facilities agreement as a condition of approval for the project site owner's stormwater pollution prevention plan. The standard agreement forms are available from the town MS4 operator. The forms shall be executed by the project site owner and submitted with the stormwater pollution prevention plan.
