§ 53.090 FACILITY FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES.
The construction cost of storm water control systems and facilities as required by this chapter shall be accepted as part of the cost of land development. If general public use of the facility can be demonstrated, negotiations for public participation in the cost of such development may be considered.
