§ 53.061 MANNING EQUATION.
The waterway for channels shall be determined using Manning's Equation:
Q = AV = A 1.486 R2/3Sl/2
      n
A = Waterway area of channel in square feet
Q = Discharge in cubic feet per second (cfs)
