§ 51.07 REMOVAL OF ELECTRIC UTILITY.
The town electric utility shall be removed from the jurisdiction of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for approval of rates and charges and of the issuance of stocks, bonds, notes, or other evidence of indebtedness.
