§ 51.05 CASH RESERVE FUND.
   (A)   The town hereby creates the Cash Reserve Fund for the town electric and power plant. ('82 Code, § 8-1.5-3-1(c))
   (B)   Any surplus earnings of the utility determined to be such by the Board of Trustees shall be transferred to the Cash Reserve Fund on the first day of each month.
