§ 93.02 RUNNING AT LARGE.
   (A)   RUNNING AT LARGE shall mean any dog or cat found off the premises of the owner and not under the control of the owner or a responsible person, either by leash, cord, chain, wire, rope, cage or other suitable means of physical restraint.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to suffer or permit any dog or cat to run at large within the village.
