(A) All owners shall be required to apply for and receive a permit from the Village Office prior to the removal and/or replacement of a curb/gutter. If any individual receives a permit from the village to remove and/or replace a curb/gutter and complies with the parameters thereof, the Village Board may agree to reimburse the citizen for the expenses associated with removal and/or replacement of the curb/gutter.
(B) No reimbursement shall be made to an individual who fails to obtain the requisite permit before the aforementioned work commences.
(C) All concrete replaced shall be at a minimum depth of six inches, and the mix shall conform to NDOT 47B at 3500 psi.
