§ 91.23 PENAL COURT ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURE.
   Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement provisions of this subchapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, be fined as set forth below and in § 91.99 of this chapter.
   (A)   If the declared nuisance, health and/or sanitation violation is not abated within 15 days that the notice is served upon the owner and/or occupant and the Village Clerk has not received a request for hearing, the Nuisance Officer may cause issuance of a citation for the code violation.
   (B)   The citation shall be prosecuted to the appropriate court by the Village Attorney or other designated prosecutor for the village.
   (C)   A person or persons found guilty of these violations shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined for each offense.
