§ 73.21 SUBJECT TO MOTOR VEHICLE RULES AND LAWS.
   Every golf car vehicle, as defined by the state statutes or this subchapter, which is operated within the jurisdiction of the village is hereby declared to be a motor vehicle and subject to all of the motor vehicle Rules of the Road and traffic laws as defined in either the state statutes or this code.
