(A) Any owner of an all-terrain vehicle or utility-type vehicle housed and operated within municipal limits in accordance with this subchapter shall register said vehicle with the Village Clerk annually in January for each calendar year. There will be an initial fee of $35 and an annual fee of $10 thereafter.
(B) Applicants will be required to show proof of insurance and proof of qualifying seat height of the vehicle in order to register said vehicle.
