§ 71.08 DRIVING ON FLOOD-CONTROL DIKES.
   No person shall operate any motor vehicle, including snowmobiles, ATVs or motorcycles, upon any flood-control dike owned by the village. This section does not apply to duly-authorized persons and vehicles.
