§ 71.07 EXHIBITION DRIVING.
   Any person who operates a motor vehicle, meaning any self-propelled vehicle, upon streets, alleys, on property owned by the village, or on other public property within the village limits, including public school property, in such squealing of tires, rear skidding, sliding or swaying of such motor vehicle, shall be guilty of exhibition driving.
