§ 54.28 CONSUMERS WITH PRIVATE WATER SUPPLIES.
   Consumers of the sanitary sewerage system having a private water supply which is discharged into the sanitary sewerage system shall be charged at the same rate as all other consumers, utilizing an average water use per capita as a base.
