(A) The customer monthly base charge is $15 per month.
(B) For November through April, there is the cost of the commodity plus an additional 20% added to the commodity charge/monthly charge.
(C) The meter fee is $5 per month.
(D) Should the Village Board vote to provide said services to a customer outside of the corporate limits, whether or not within the zoning jurisdiction of the village, all costs of installation of said service shall be borne by the customer. Said service shall be provided at a rate 15% higher than the above-referenced rates for the service charge and usage. The meter fee shall be $5 per month.
