§ 52.26 COST TO RECONNECT AFTER DISCONNECTION FOR NONPAYMENT.
   (A)   (1)   If the utility service has been disconnected for nonpayment of account, and if the account is brought current or satisfactory arrangements made for full payment of the account, then the cost to restore the service during regular working hours shall be in the sum of $125.
      (2)   If reconnection is not made during regular working hours, then an additional charge of $50 will be made for the reconnection.
   (B)   If satisfactory arrangements or payments are not made for the discontinued utility service or if the village has no recourse or legal remedy to recover the discontinued utility service, then an additional deposit in the sum of $200 shall be made by the subscriber to assure the village that future utility accounts will be properly paid. This deposit will be in addition to any restoration costs as aforesaid.
