§ 52.25 LARGE POWER (DEMAND).
   (A)   Applicability.
      (1)   This schedule is applicable to any customer with an annual peak demand, defined as the maximum hourly integrated demand during the previous 12 months, in excess of 100 kilowatts, or any new customer (or existing customer that modifies its usage) that is projected to have an annual peak demand in excess of 100 kilowatts.
      (2)   Customers are required to stay on the large power (demand) rate for a minimum of 12 months. Removal from the large power (demand) to the general service (three-phase) rate may take place if the customer demonstrates in the previous 12 billing periods no billing demand greater than 100 kilowatts.
      (3)   A monthly meter fee of $10 per large power (demand) customer shall be charged and set aside in a sinking fund, once paid, for the acquisition, maintenance and replacement costs associated with the electrical meters.
   (B)   Character of service.
      (1)   Sixty cycle, AC, three-phase, 120/208-240 volt, three or four wire; or
      (2)   Sixty cycle, AC, three-phase, 277/480 volt, three or four wire.
   (C)   Rates by season.

   (D)   Outside corporate limits. Should the Village Board vote to provide said services to a customer outside of the corporate limits, whether or not within the zoning jurisdiction of the village, all costs of installation of said service shall be borne by the customer. Said service shall be provided at a rate 15% higher than the above-referenced rates for the service charge and usage. The meter fee shall be $10 per month.
