(A) Except as set forth below, residential customers, excluding commercial customers, shall be charged a minimum fee of $26, which represents a monthly charge of $21 per residential customer per an agreement with S2 Roll-Offs, LLC, and a $5 monthly fee representing administration costs and the use of the village’s landfill for permitted residential refuse.
(B) Multi-family residences, apartments or townhome customers who utilize the village’s refuse service shall be charged the same rate as all other residential customers. Multi-family residences, apartments or townhome customers may opt out of the village’s refuse service if there is an existing trash disposal contract servicing their facility with a commercial provider, but a $5 fee for access to the village’s landfill for permitted residential use shall be assessed to said customers.
