All employees are subject to call back emergencies and are needed by the village to provide necessary services to the public. A refusal to respond to a call back is grounds for immediate disciplinary action, including possible termination. Employees on call back will be paid their appropriate rate of pay for hours worked, or overtime rate/compensatory time rate, if applicable.
