§ 151.002 JURISDICTION.
   The provisions of this chapter shall apply within the planning jurisdiction of the village, as established on the map entitled “The Official Zoning Map of the Village of Pender, Nebraska.” The jurisdiction includes the zoning areas within and up to one-half mile beyond the corporate limits of the village.
