§ 91.21 ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES GENERALLY.
   (A)   Once a nuisance, health and/or sanitation violation is brought to the Board of Trustees by the Village Nuisance Officer or the Board of Health, the Board of Trustees then may declare by resolution a nuisance, health and/or sanitation violation.
   (B)   The nuisance, health and/or sanitation provisions may be enforced by:
      (1)   Village administrative procedures;
      (2)   Penal prosecutions through the courts; or
      (3)   Civil procedures in the courts.
   (C)   Any of these procedures, or any combination of these procedures, may be used to enforce the nuisance, health and/or sanitation provisions of the village.
