§ 91.18 OWNER/OCCUPANT RESPONSIBILITY.
   The owner or occupant of any real estate within the corporate limits or extraterritorial zoning jurisdiction of the village shall keep said real estate free from nuisances; except to the extent that conflicting procedures are otherwise provided, the procedures in §§ 91.19 and 91.20 shall apply to nuisance abatement procedures.
