(A) The Village Board acknowledges the necessity of providing handicapped parking stalls for disabled patrons in the village. Therefore, the Village Board hereby declares that one handicapped parking stall shall be established at each of the following locations:
(1) Village Office;
(2) House Memorial Library; and
(3) Fire Hall.
(B) The Village Maintenance Supervisor was directed to erect appropriate signage and mark the appropriate spaces at each such location.
